High-performance polyurethane binder range. Our OBRADOR PI-6100, PI-6200 and PI-6300 series is formulated with MDI technology to achieve maximum cohesion in SBR and EPDM rubber flooring.

Insoles

OBRADOR PL-8100 is a specialized binder for rebonded foam. It consists of a high-performance polyurethane solution specifically designed for the manufacture of insoles and technical foam products:

  • Technical and sports insoles.
  • Ergonomic mattresses and pillows.
  • Recycled materials.
  • Damping components.

Its high rigidity provides structure and long-lasting support without compromising the necessary flexibility, and its excellent cohesion allows for superior molecular bonding that guarantees the integrity of the final product.

Technical information: NCO content of 11.5%. Compatible with moisture or water vapour curing processes.

Artificial grass

OBRAPUR TURF 102 (A+B)

  • Two-component reactive polyurethane adhesive.
  • Specially developed for bonding artificial turf on football pitches, tennis and paddle tennis courts, gardening, etc.
  • Suitable for bonding PU, PS, PVC foams, etc.

Complies with FIFA requirements according to UNE-EN 15330-1:2014 Sports surfaces. Specifications for artificial turf surfaces for football, hockey, rugby, tennis and multi-sport use.

Equipment cleaning

DISOL TURF This is a solvent specially formulated for cleaning tools used to apply OBRAPUR TURF. Instructions for use:

  • Mix Obrapur Turf A with Obrapur Turf B until smooth.
  • Gently shake off any remaining mixture.
  • Place the mixing utensils into the Disol Turf container.
  • Clean the areas with the most mixture using a brush.
  • Leave Disol Turf to react for a few minutes.
  • Remove any remaining mixture with a brush.
